Moroni on the Front Page

The Twin Falls, Idaho paper, Time-News (May 31, 2007), showed on the front page headlines—Moroni being put in place on the new construction of the Twin Falls LDS temple.

“The 13-foot-6-inch Moroni brought the final height of the temple to about 159 feet.”

“The Twin Falls temple, when completed around April 2008, will serve about 42,000 Mormons in the southern Idaho area.”

Kelsee Nebeker, 17, of Kimberly, said of the installation of Moroni at the new LDS temple,

“It just represents everything we (Mormons) have been hoping and waiting for.”

This explains the ongoing pileup of cars with families taking pictures.
