Do the General Authorities accept peaceful petitions from the grass roots level?
Do we have some examples of this from the past?

Blake, the Authorities will speak and write what they consider inspired messages for my life. I hope to take their latest communications (which I presume are reflections of their hearts – I don’t know their hearts) and judge whether those things are truly so.
