When you see the scout symbol, don’t think of the Aaronic priesthood. That is all old covenant.
Reorient your thoughts. Start thinking of new covenant passages. Think outside the cultural box.

It apparently started out as a stylized “rosy cross,” a symbol of Christ’s resurrection, and is also associated with the Trinity and the Theotokos, the Blessed Virgin Mary.
You really make it appear so easy along with your presentation but I to find this topic to be actually something that I believe I’d never understand. It kind of feels too complicated and very wide for me. I am having a look ahead in your subsequent submit, I’ll attempt to

Keep studying, Jed. And I would be the first to say that I do not have my mind wrapped around the Trinity, understanding everything. The Triune God is way beyond me, the finite creature.
The one Triune God is the eternal, archetypal community, in whose image and likeness humanity is created and, in the Church, is re-created as members of one of the Divine Persons, Jesus Christ, the “last Adam”.
It is not really all THAT complicated….
