Its the last “Traditional” by the way. Do you disagree with my article or just want to point it out for ridicule?

Sorry about the wrong insertion, Jettboy. Actually, I hadn’t intended to misquote the title.
But believe it or not, I do agree with you. In America in particular, the LDS Church is the last traditional moralists. The I-15 Corridor is the unique, monolithic bloc in America.
But frankly, I am at odds with traditional moralism.
Why are you at odds with it? I am honestly curious. For all I know my definition of “traditional moralists” are not the same.
I’m also interested in hearing Todd further unpack his statement.
Moralism in our culture seems to be this equation:
Moral standards or code (Honor code) + obedience to those standards = righteousness for a man or woman
But thank God there is another way.
And what is that other way? Come on, explain yourself fully even if you have to write a whole post on the subject.
Thanks for the invite, Jettboy. Let me try put together a post sometime next week, more lengthy than my usual little blips.
And btw, sometime I would sincerely enjoy meeting you in person. You are not the normal bloggernacle group speak. Of course, what typical LDS Idahoan is . . .
“You are not the normal bloggernacle group speak.”
That is because I generally despise the bloggernacle. They hide their words behind thoughts and feelings that I suspect many of them realize are not proper (mainstream if you like) Mormonism.

. . . and then claim that it is or should be.
sorry, had to finish my thought.
