In the Wal-Mart parking lot about a mile from our church, two RVs sit at the front entrance. The entire sides of both RVs carry the message – JUDGMENT DAY – MAY 21, 2011. I saw four individuals in t-shirts and jackets with the same logo.
One older man gave me three pamphlets before I walked into Wal-Mart about an hour ago:
- THE END OF THE WORLD IS ALMOST HERE! HOLY GOD WILL BRING JUDGEMENT DAY ON MAY 21, 2011
- GOD GIVES ANOTHER INFALLIBLE PROOF THAT ASSURES THE RAPTURE WILL OCCUR MAY 21, 2011
- NO MAN KNOWS THE DAY OR THE HOUR?

Hey readers, I am ready for Jesus to return today.
But in case you are wondering about Harold Camping, my friend, Aaron Blumer, over at SI shares some good thoughts:

Todd, Jesus indeed comes to His people daily in the Eucharist and can be so received in Holy Communion. We all indeed hunger and thirst for this whether we know it or not.
However, with regard to his coming again in glory to judge the living and dead, see, for example, Amos 5:18-20 and Luke 13:6-9.
Harold Camping’s message today in Idaho Falls:
All churches are apostate. All associated with the organized church(s) will be destroyed.
Check out my take on this at; http://www.laurensheil.com
*Sigh*
We must continue to pray for him and any who buy into his madness.
Interesting that Camping’s premise, that all ecclesiastical organizations are apostate, is the same as that of one Joseph Smith, Junior.
